Our Products: Football Predictions

We started providing Football Predictions for the 2006/07 season and after seeing a heady profit of 90 points the last couple of weeks reduced this to 50 points. Still, not bad for our first year. And best of all, because of the way we write our predictions models, we can tell them about the drop in form at the end of the season and they'll do their best to compensate!

We currently provide value lay predictions for the top four English divisions. Just like our Racing Predcitions, our Football Predictions are statistical in nature, meaning the profits should be steady and non-volatile throughout the season.

We analyse the past 10 years worth of match result information and build a statistical model of how we expect this season's matches to run. We then provide predictions for all matches where we can find value betting opportunities, usually up to 1 week in advance.

This was a reasonable good couple of days, with only 2 of the 9 lay predictions not coming in.

For the 07/08 season we will also be producing an "end of season" prediction, showing how we think the tables will turn out at the end of the season. We'll rebuild these table predictions each week and keep them up to date, so you'll be able to see how expectations change during the season, compared to those made at the start.
